Hamlet

Far at the end of that valley
Where the night has fallen asleep
On the soft lap of the hills
A hamlet twinkles in the dark.

When my car pulls away tonight
In the dark bends of the hills
I keep searching those stars below
As long two tired eyes permit.

Somewhere in that small hamlet
A you reside, and a me too
And there in two innocent dreams
Twinkles our small story.
